4 Week Home Workout Program (Best Deal!)


I'm a father of two and understand it's not easy making time for the gym, but this shouldn't deter you from getting back into training to improve your health and physique. This program will utilize the use of bodyweight exercises that can be performed virtually anywhere - especially in the comfort and safety of your own home. The outcome is to strengthen your body and enable fat loss potential.

4 Week Beginners Workout Program 


As a beginner your body is optimal for achieving both fat loss and lean muscle gain simultaneously. This is called recomping. Anybody who has not trained for several years or never at all should choose this program. We will focus on strengthening your body, performing fundamental exercises, and losing body fat.

4 Week Intermediate Workout Program (strength, muscle gain, or fat loss)


As an intermediate fitness enthusiast you understand the concept of performing exercises and have trained for at least a year. This program is for several purposes, which we will discuss together during consultation. Your body is somewhat capable of losing fat and building muscle simultaneously, but it's better to focus on one area as an intermediate client.

4 Week Strength and Conditioning Program


You know the in and outs of training to achieve goal success, but need advanced help to push your body further for competitive purposes. This program is intended for athletes of all sports such as powerlifting, bodybuilding, football, wrestling, etc. The outcome is to improve strength, muscular endurance, power output, and speed.

Nutrition advice is given, but meal program is purchased seperately.

4 Week Meal Program


Nutrition is the backbone for any goal and simply to maintain a great overall health. This meal program can be for any person that has no medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, etc. Only a registered dietician can prescribe meal plans to special populations.The outcome is for what your goal is such as fat loss, muscle gain, or competitive training. This can be added to your workout program that you plan to purchase, or just on its own.

4 Week Supplement Advice


Sport supplements may possibly improve your performance levels greatly. I'm an expert supplement reviewer and have an in-depth understanding of how supplements work. This is advice and a program, but it's your decision to use the supplements and duty to follow their directions carefully. I cannot give supplement advice to anybody with medical conditions.
